Where can i get my tag heuer watch repaired?

At OBR Horology I repair Tag Heuer watches and use factory parts to repair all Tag watches. All repairs and servicing is done onsite in my Adelaide workshop. It is recommended to get your Tag Heuer watch serviced every 4 -6 years to ensure proper functioning and water resistance. I provide a two year warranty with all service work, this is an extra year compared to Tag Heuer and some other service centers.

Below is an example a Tag Heuer Monaco, before (left) and after (right) a quick polish. As you can probably see there are still some light marks. Sometimes it’s best not to remove them all as you can remove too much metal and cause other problems.

How to get your Tag heuer watch to me

I am based in Rundle Mall, Adelaide CBD. How it works:

  1. Organise a time to pop in. If you’re from interstate, give call and make an enquiry - we can organise shipping!

  2. I’ll let you know what your watch needs, quote you on servicing costs and parts, and let you know how long it will take.

  3. If I receive the go-ahead from you, I’ll order any parts that are required.

  4. Once parts arrive, I will begin repairing your watch and going through all the steps.

  5. When it’s finished and reassembled, your watch will go through rigorous quality control.

Although I’m based in Adelaide and most watches come in through the door locally, I also accept watches from regional South Australia and interstate. We can arrange easy, fuss-free shipping through a couple of different services. I have the option of DHL, if you prefer not to use Australia Post.

You can find me in 14 - 38 Rundle Mall, Myer Centre, lvl 3, Adelaide. I am in the workshop Monday - Friday, 8am-5.30pm, and open on Saturday 9.30am-3.30pm.
