At OBR Horology we follow Omega’s servicing guidelines and their price structure to offer a comprehensive repair service. We follow Omega’s repair process so that you get consistent service no matter where you get your watch repaired.
Inspection and disassembly of the case and band. - We remove all the casing components so the watch can be cleaned and later polished back to factory finish.
Disassembly and Cleaning of the Movement. - The watch is completely dismantled and prepared for cleaning. The movement is placed into the cleaning machine with special rinses for 1 hour. The case and band are placed in the ultrasonic for inital clean before polishing
Replacing of worn components. - Anything that is damaged or worn is replaced. All the seals along with crown, tube and helium are replaced at this point.
Reassembly and lubrication of the movement. - The watch is carefully assembled and oiled as per the technical information
Adjustment of the movement and control of it’s parameters. - The rate of the movement is adjusted and it is tested under strict quality control guidelines.
Clean and refurbishment of the case and band. - The case and band are carefully refinished back to original condition to preserve it’s shape and angles.
Reassembly of the case and water resistance testing. - The casing components along with all the gaskets are replaced to ensure water resistance.
Final Quality Control. - final tests are performed to ensure the correct running of your watch.
